Melissa Dow offers trauma-informed counselling in-person in Powell River to help you understand and transform barriers to living your best life. She uses Somatic Therapy to help gently reshape nervous system patterns related to early childhood experiences, trauma, beliefs, family dynamics and relationships.

John has practiced as a Registered Social Worker since 1995. He provides counselling and therapy for individuals and couples seeking greater vitality in their lives. He is skilled in supporting people who are experiencing the impacts of trauma, mental health challenges and problematic substance use as well as those experiencing anxiety, depression, grief and loss and/or relationship challenges.
John can direct bill Pacific Blue Cross, Crime Victims Assistance Program (CVAP), First Nations Health Authority (FNHA) and Veterans Affairs through Medavie/Blue Cross
